It’s so important for me to explain how I view my relationship with my couples. A few years into my photography business, I started really setting the intention for more purpose and more impact in how I served my couples.
I loved the images I created but something was missing.
I realized that what I desired in my business, more than anything, was a connection to my couples. Everyone wants to feel seen, heard, and loved. I don’t know if I’ve ever met a human being who didn’t appreciate someone caring about who they are, and what they’re passionate about.
From then on, I committed to forming friendships with my clients and intentionally caring to get to know them. It changed everything. Having a heart for genuine friendships has made photography so much more than how I pay my bills; it’s a huge part of my purpose in life. Not only is my friendship with my couples a gift to me, but it positively impacts my couples’ wedding day experience.
When you are getting ready on the morning of your wedding day, it will be a relief to feel like a friend walks through those doors with a camera and not a random hired vendor. Friendship allows comfortability and comfortability leads to trust...and trust is something that EVERY couple needs to have in their relationship with their wedding photographer!

As every wedding, elopement, couple and situation is unique and subjective, I offer a free 1 hour consultation to discuss everything in full detail to be able to customize your experience to be tailored to your exact needs and desires.

I include an engagement session as part of the experience because engagement sessions add so much to the story of who you are as a couple right now, and they're an ideal way to become more comfortable in front of my lens before your wedding day. Your engagement session can be as simple as a stroll through your favorite park, a desert sunset shoot, or even a romantic return to where he proposed- anything you can imagine to share the imagery of your personal love story.
Formal or informal, images from your engagement session are a beautiful addition to your wedding experience, and also make a wonderful signing book. They help craft the whole story, and can even be used for save-the-date cards, invitations, or thank you cards.

I steer away from stiff posing and instead provide ample time for you to get comfortable. Do you travel?
Yes! I have extensive experience shooting in all types of lighting situations. Experience in this area is extremely important because the lighting can often times change quickly and it is important to be able to anticipate the situation vs reacting to the change in lighting. This way, I don't miss a beat on your wedding day! Also, from the technical side, color temperature is a big part of skin tones, colors, and editing, and plays a big factor in the finished image.So knowing all to balance that with lighting is key.
